Faulty or incorrect files: If the file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at pdf@hoppdfs.com and we'll resend or refund it straight away.

Didn't receive your download? Check your spam/junk folder first, then contact us at pdf@hoppdfs.com and we'll resend your link promptly.

EU/UK customers: Under consumer rights law, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase before download. By completing checkout and accessing your file, you agree to immediate delivery and consent to waive that 14-day withdrawal right. This doesn't affect the 30-day satisfaction guarantee above, which we offer voluntarily on top of your legal rights.
