Try it in a few minutes

  1. Name one task that is on your mind.
  2. Write a first step that takes about two minutes. For example: open a draft and write the subject line.
  3. Choose a short work session: 5, 10 or 15 minutes.
  4. Note what happened and leave yourself a next step.

You can use the same method on plain paper. The worksheet simply keeps the prompts together.
