The Life Admin Operating System: A Weekly Reset for Everything That Isn't Your Job

Life admin doesn't announce itself. It's the dentist appointment you keep meaning to book, the subscription you should cancel, the form still sitting in your inbox — none of it urgent on its own, which is exactly why it piles up.

The Life Admin Operating System is a 10-page guide built around one 20-minute weekly reset ritual that catches admin before it becomes an overwhelming backlog.

What's inside:

• Why the life admin backlog keeps growing no matter how organised you are
• The Weekly Reset — a 20-minute ritual, run through step by step
• The four life admin categories: Do This Week, Schedule, Waiting On, Someday
• The two-minute rule for handling small tasks before they pile up
• Building one reference system for the things you always have to look up
• Putting recurring admin on autopilot
• The monthly deep clean for what weekly resets miss
• Bonus: a printable Weekly Reset Sheet
